I smiled that's my girl. "So how about this weekend I have a opening if you'd like if not then it would have to be in two months." Tony said and I looked at her and said. "It's up to you?" Two months thought was a long time to wait but this coming weekend was soon really soon.

"I know baby. Just be prepared for both sides," I whispered. "I don't think you realise if it comes back negative, you can't do anything."

I sighed. " it I have been the one to raise them. It should count. My name is on their birth certificates for Christ sakes."

"I know baby. But that won't matter, courts will change it. Anyway let's not think of this. It won't happen, you are their father and that's all that matters." I worried what would happen if he wasn't tho.

I knew she was right but it didn't matter I would still fight for them. I noticed the kids sleeping. "I guess I'll make those calls to the doctor and my lawyer now." I hated this I just wanted all my kids here with me. The lawyer told me if hey turn out not to be mine we are in for a battle because we will need to try to find out who the father is to give up rights and a bunch of other stuff that seemed unlikely.

I walked out finding him looking defeated in the office. "How did you go?" I asked walking over, sliding down onto his lap. He needed me and I wasn't going to let him push me away.

I took a deep breath. "Tim says it's going to be a battle regardless with my recent condition and with the debate on if I am or not. Finding the actual father if I'm not." I wanted to scream. "I should say I can't believe she would do this but then again we both know she would go to any level. What I can't believe is I was that stupid again." I looked at her. "I can't tell you enough how sorry I am. I love you Em I know this and I know that I'm a idiot for thinking she cared about the kids and you."

"I know baby." I knew she was just trying to get him back and use him. "When do you have to do the test? Can you rush the results from your office?" This waiting was going to drive us both crazy.

I shook my head. "It wouldn't be aloud to be done in my office I will need to go to a clinic with both lawyers the twins and Lisa present." I sighed. "I told him to get it set up right away and let me know." I hated this I wanted to know now, I just had a feeling I already knew .

"when do you leave?" I asked feeling sick with nerves. "I can't believe she's doing this, dragging these poor kids through all of this." It made me so mad that she can do this

I sighed. "Tomorrow at 9 in the morning, I um". I looked at her my eyes red and I just wanted her to sit with me and let me hold her. "I would love if you could come but I understand that you probably can't".

"Of course I'll be there with you. I wouldn't let you do this alone, I'm right here with you." Stroking my fingers through his hair down to his cheek with a caress. "Let me put the kids into bed and I'll meet you in ours."

I smiled. "Okay." I kissed her and went to lay down in bed I laid on my back after stripping my clothes off I threw my arm over my eyes and just thought all this time I bought I had two kids that had my blood when I probably didn't and now I have 5 kids that aren't my blood at all and lost the two that were.

"Stop thinking baby." I whispered climbing in the bed with him and curling against his side. "my mum will be here in the morning to help watch the kids with your mum. Try get some sleep baby." I hated seeing him hurt this way.

I pulled my arm away and wrapped it around her. "Help me forgot right now please. I need to think of you and pleasing only you right now." I needed her I needed to show her how much she meant to me.

We made slow passionate love, feeling each other and the love we shared. Falling asleep in the early hours of the morning. The next day, I was anxious and nervous as we sat in the doctors office holding Zanders hand.

"This won't take long. I have everyone's bloods drawn, the results are on the way." The doctor said.

Lisa glared at Zander. "Look what you have dragged these kids through."

I looked over at Lisa and ignored her. "Hey molly, Mickey come here a second please." They hesitated which I hated but came over. "Look it doesn't tmatter to me what those test say, I'll always be your dad I raised you and I love you both so much. If those test say that I'm not your real daddy then it won't matter I'll always be here for the both of you, and Emilia will too okay."

Lisa cleared her throat "actually Zander, the kids and I will be moving this weekend. I've been offered a new job, and they have family up there." She said just as the door opened and a man walked through smiling at her. "Hello sweetheart." She stood kissing him "I'm sorry you found out this way, but Harvey and I were seeing each other at the time of my pregnancy."

My heart dropped this can't be happening. "You can't just take them. I told you I wasn't going to let that happen I have rights I've raised them." I was starting to get dizzy and my vision was getting spotty and I knew I knew this was it. I got and walked to Tim and told him what was going on he said he would put a word into the judge to stop the move for now but that's all he could do.

"Zander." I stood up, fear in my eyes as I knew things were going downhill fast. "The results are in.." before I could say anymore, Lisa was smiling as she read the report "you're their father." She said to her new guy. "Come on let's go." Looking at Zander she gave a sympathetic smile "I'm sorry Zander but you don't have any rights.. don't make this harder than it needs to be. They deserve to know their real father"

"I never said they didn't, but I'm their father regairdless what they deserve is a better mother than you. I will fight for them and you'll be hearing from my lawyer." I turned to face this guy. "As for you, I hope you plan to be there for them as they deserve if not then give your rights up to me. If you do then I hope you choose to work with me than be vindictive like her."

"You have no rights." He said flatly. "Lisa and I were married three days ago, were a family and my children are coming with their mother and I. Walk away."

"Zander" I choked up, my hands on his arm squeezing "you need to leave, there's nothing more we can do." I felt the tears in my eyes "don't do this in front of them, she's still their mother and nothing changes that. But you can't do anything more baby. we need to go home now."

"They are my kids." I kept saying over and over. I hate ethics so bad. As that guy went to get them they ran towards me yelling daddy. I dropped to my knees and held them both. "I won't let you go I promise. I love you both so much." I then whispered so he and Lisa wouldn't hear. "You have that special phone still and it has mine and Emilia's number in it plus tims if you need anything you use it." I kissed them both. And watched as Lisa pulled them from me. My heart breaking more and more. "They are my kids."

"I know baby.." I didn't know what else to say. I watched as they left the room and hugged him tightly. "All you can do is hope for the best and wish them happiness that you gave them." I pulled back, stroking his cheek "you were their dad. But I think you need to let go."

"Let go? No I won't you can't ask me to do that! After they were born I was there to feed them change them nurture them not her she took off!" My vision started to change more fuck I need to take deep breaths. I need to talk to Tim and get a plan set up. That's what I need to do. Then I need to get home to our kids." What if Em got so made and took off with them shut I couldn't let that happen.

"Baby you can't make any plans. Yes it hurts but those kids aren't yours. They are not your blood and I know it hurts baby, but you have to stop. The only plan you're going to do is come home and rest. You need to take it easy." I begged, tears in my eyes. "We need to both move on."
