“We haven’t had one since colt died, I thought that maybe it’s time for you to have a furry friend again.” I let him go, and he eagerly ran over his new daddy. “Happy birthday Tanner,” I just loved seeing him smile and happy.

“No sex remember.” I laughed, “but you know the day that can happen, it’ll be happening.” I promised and wrapped my arms around him. “A bath sounds amazing.”

“This no sex thing may kill me.” I pulled her with me. “But yes I can behave to help you relax in a bath with me.” Seriously I keep forgetting I can’t have my way with her now. I went and took a long soak in the bath, almost falling asleep but I came out feeling relaxed as I tied the robe about my stomach. I grabbed a beer from the fridge and walked out into the deck, where Tanner was with the fire pit going and handed him a drink as I sat down. “I love evenings like this with you.”
