He and I were in love. Nothing could change it, or so we thought. We dated for two years before the incident. That night it happened I was supposed to meet him at a restuarant for dinner. He had big plans for our future that night. Two years it had been since I asked him out, and 4 since we met. He was planning to propose to me. But he waited at the restaurant for awhile, after some time he expected the call that I would relay to indicate why I was late.

An hour passed and yet I had not called. He calls me, but surprisingly I don't answer. This is when my captors had taken me, and I'm sure I heard the phone ring multiple times with his desperate attempts to locate me. I could not answer to call for help. The first time I didn't pick up he has a sneaking suspicion of what had happened. I never just didn't answer. That's also taking into account that I'm showering or held up at work.

It's been two years since then, and he and I had not seen each other. When he heard that I had been found, he was delighted. Overjoyed, in fact. He thought I would appear weak, bloody, beaten. Anything, even with some mental truama. But what he got was so much worse than he or even I could ever fathom. For what these people had done for those two years to me, even my family could not predict the reaction I had the moment he walked in the room. No one could've thought I was capable of it, especially not to him.

I walked into the room and smiled at them. Lily immediately saw me and stretched her arms out. I walked over and picked her up and kissed her cheek.she giggle and smiled at me. When she saw the bruises on my face she frowned and pointed to one. "ouch?" I laughed and nodded my head. "yeah it's a ouchy." I answered her.

I smiled then frowned. "You alright?"

I sat down next to Keiva. "yeah I'm good, they don't hurt."

"Okay," I said and smiled again. "So everything else OK?"

"yeah, I let my cousin and the kids stay at the house for a bit if you don't mind." I said looking at her.

"That's fine by me. I technically don't own the house."

"okay. Hey did you still want to go out today?" I asked. "I know I was supposed to take you out earlier but then that situation came up, but your doctor did say I could still take you. Only if you'd like." I added.

"Sounds good."

"any place in mind, or you still want to go to the mall?" I asked.

"Whatever you want."

"okay I think I have a great place we could go. But first let me change her clothes then we can leave." I said taking Lily in my arms and grabbing her clothes.

"Of course."

I took her to the bathroom and gave her a quick wash up before putting on some clean clothes. When I came out she was already dressed.

I smiled at him.

"ready?" I asked her.

"Yeah."

"alright then. Let's go." I said as we continued walking.

"Alright."

We walked out to my car, after everyone was strapped in I drove to a near by lake with a small playground.

I looked around.

We got out and Lily wanted to go swing. I laughed as I took her to the swings. She didn't want to get in the baby swing she wanted to get in the big girl swing.

"Why don't I hold her if she wants to be a big girl?" I suggested.

I chuckled and passed her over. "I don't think she wanted me to push her anyway."

"I don't know, she loves her big brother." I smiled as I sat in the swing and swung while holding her'

"you want to swing with your big brother?" I asked Lily and she shook her head no with a wide grin. "told you." I laughed.
