I nodded. "Yeah."

I nodded and sighed softly "so what would you like to do since we have so many trying to get at us we got to stay in the castle walls or go to the dragon sanctuary. Wich reminds me you never been have you?"

"Um, no," I said.

"well would you like to go?" I asked curiously

"Sure, I would love to see all of them!" I said with a broad smile.

I smiled and drako grabbed lyra as i climb up on his back and help you up

Lyra wiggled a bit as he grabbed her because it was really uncomfortable how he grabbed her. She got over it when he started to fly.

We flew fast and hard staying low just above the tallest building heading straight for the mountain. "the sanctuary is at the peak of the mountain and is impossiblr to get there unless you fly by dragon or gryphon its also the safest place to be because there are secret passegeways to get there by foot but only certain people know about it incase of emergancy the council is not one of them us dragon riders know every way to get up there safely and unfortunatly the only way to get up there by fpight is by flying fast almost at breakneck speed before flyong up the mountain.

"Sounds complicated," I said.

(hey I have an idea. Max should be called away for a week to help out with something to do with the war. While he's gone some major changes happen to Analissa, I'd explain but that would ruin the fun! And you only have to play out one part of one day during that time then we can skip!)

(Okay, so it's after they became king and queen and they were going to get married two days after but they postponed it until her was back and rested enough to enjoy it)
~About 6 days later
I woke up that morning with Lyra laying next to me. She had grown patient since Drako left, she knew she could play around without him hear. The problem was, now I was to sleep with a maid in the room, until he was home so they could warn me if something happened. So I told them Danyelle and she was also awake and had breakfast.

We flew long and hard fighting our way thru the front lines and work our way to the enemy encampment and make quick work of what is left of the enemy and their camp. And the comander says to head home and get sum rest when we get back to camp

I ate and did what I had to. Today though I had a period where I had nothing to do, so Danyelle took me around the castle. We walked into a library and she showed me some spell books. I began going through one and found a spell that looked familiar. I asked Danyelle about it and she said it was memory spell. I thought it might be useful for me to see if there was anything I might have forgotten so I tried it. Danyelle told me the pronunciations and I recited the spell. After I did I went through a series of things I didn't know I knew. Including one particular thing that would be helpful for me. I turned to Danyelle with a look of determination and announced that we would go to the council, immediately after we found the book in which this thing was in. After finding it Danyelle led me to where I could request and audience with the council. They saw me almost immediately and we were in there for hours, no one in my mind, and Danyelle in the hall waiting with Lyra.

(Okay, now for another skip! Now it's about two or three days later and he's coming home)

~Few days later~
I was in my room alone, which I should not be, for those who did not know of what has happened in the last few days. My hair was longer than it had been when I got here. Halfway down my back, and styled so that a few front pieces were pulled back and the rest down. I was wearing a new dress from the tailor I had just gotten. Right now I was preparing to write a letter.

We flew hard and rarely stopped unless it was to eat and sleep for drako for he couldnt sleep and fly at the same time. It had been 4 days now since the battpe with the drow and plenty of food to last me the trip drako still had to hunt becuase we couldnt pack 6 to 8 cows in our bags qnd he wasnt big enuf to carry that many anyway. We had stopped for the night so drako could rest again and i sat watch thinking about all that has happend in the last week

I finished the letter and went to find the person that I give them to. I told them who it was for and they were off. I hadn't spoken to Max since he left, it was best not to write because I wouldn't want to distract him. I smiled when Lyra jumped on my back. "hey little girl."

I sighed softly as i thought of her and sighed softly wondering if she was ok and shook my head as i feel drako send soothing thoughts and feelings into my mind that make me smile. Even now in his sleep hes watching over me. And making sure that im ok. I thought to myself. Only a bond between dragon and rider could be so strong.

I went to my room as I did when I wasn't needed. But this time I was just getting a few things for me to go out and see my people. I only had two guards, by request. Though until the day I spoke to the council I had been ignored and given as many as available. I met them on the castle grounds and we went to the stables and all three of us got a horse to ride into town.

I sighed again as i finally fell asleep but kept an ear out for trouble when i woke again me and drako flew long and hard again for we had another day or 2 of travel to go before we got back to the city

After a few hours in the city we went back home. When I arrived it was dinner time. While I was eating I had a call from my brother. I hadn't talked to them since I left so I was happy to get the chance to speak to them.

We flew long and hard the entire day barely eating and drinking and got alot closer to home and i knew we would be able to make it by late tonight if we kept going.

I talked to them long after dinner. I found that two months had past and Damien was now, today, 6 years. I was happy they had called on his birthday, I would have hated missing his birthday. I continued talking to my parents even after Damien went to bed.

We flew in and i smiled as i saw the torch lights burning at night in the city surounding the palace and drako renewed his efforts and flew fast into the city knowing how badly i wanted to c the princess we landed shortly in the courtyard and i quickly ran thru the doors and up the stairs to her room softly knocking

I glance at the door as I ended the conversation. I heard another knock as I regained myself from the surprise. "Coming!" I said. I opened the door and smiled big. "You're home!" I said aloud for the first time in weeks since I lost my hearing and I hugged him.

I laughed and hugged back "yes finally it was a long drawn out battle but we finally broke thru and ran them off back into their caves and underground caverns." I said as i held you in my arms

"That's good, I'm glad you came home safely." I said. We held each other a moment longer then pulled away. I let him in my room and opened the wall for Drako. As soon as he appeared Lyra jumped from her spot where she was hiding somewhere on the ceiling and landed on his head. "She learned to climb my walls while you were gone," I said.
