I nod and follow you out.

We stop by the chief of the palace guard and instruct him to get some one in to fix the wall and search for peepholes thruout your room

I follow him quietly with Lyra trailing behind us.

I smiled as i c her trailing behind us with that ig bone in her mouth just small enuf for her to carry it but still big enuf to make her look rediculous as we head to the private dining room in the castle for vips and nobles thay might want to visit and have a private conversation with the king and queen and not be pverheard

I smiled at her and giggle a little. Hearing that made her give a form of smile as she followed.

I smiled and lift her up onto the table as we sit and a servant comes in and serves us some food

She lays down and starts chewing on the bone and seems to make this servant nervous as well.

I hear drakos claws on the stone as he comes down another hallway and lays down at the head of the table and curls up but eyes are constantly moving around the room making the servant even more nervous and i sogh softly. "il have to get the servants around dragons more"

"Yes, it would appear so," I said as I looked around at the few who were in the room. They all kept a weary eye on the two.

I sighed and gently rest a hand on drakos nose as i eat. "wich reminds me my men should have reported back by now" i say getting kinda qorried

"Maybe they were delayed," I said with worry but also sure that was all it was.

"yea maybe" i say as i finish eating. "you wana go flying today?" I asked curiously

"Only if she gets to," I said seeing as she sat up straight hearing that. "She doesn't want to get too far from me," I said by how she jumped in my lap.

"il c about getting a saddle back or maybe a makeshift harness for her oir of ropes and strips of leather and cloth to make it comfortable." I said as i got up after finishing breakfast

"It'd help if you guys had baby harnesses like in the human world. Parents would get them and they could carry children on their chests or back," I said.

"might be a good idea but the issue is dragons are still wild even when connected to us they dnt like been tied down at all even at her stage but we might be able to do somthing like that with her except conect it to drakos saddle straps." I say sorta unsure but thinking things thru

I nodded. "Alright. She'll just have to deal with it," I said while she gives this stubborn look like she was saying trying and you lose a limb.

I laugh and smile. "your second choice little lady is to have drako carry you by the scruff of the neck. Now wich would you prefer?"

She growled at him seeming to prefer the last because it's not as restraining to her. Though it's not as safe, one gust of wind and he could drop her. Not that I doubted him but I was just considering her safety in all angles. "Not that it could happen but if something happens he could drop you." I pointed out.

"he could but hes pretty quick. And where im planing on going is to check up on my men and c what might have happend to them but if trouble arises il drop you both off somewhere i no will be safe and im taking 2 other dragon and riders with just in case." I say as i look at both of you seriously

"Alright, as long as we're all safe." I said.

I nodded and smiled aoftly. "i only plan on been out for the day so we shouldnt need extra clothing just a days worth of supplies for me and you the other riders will take care of themselves and the dragons will be able to feed themselves as well. Drako will take care of lyra unless we are fprced into a battle one rider and dragon will stay behind with you to protect you if that happens." I say as i walk to my room and get dressed for travel and hand you some clothes that will fit you. "those should do until we get the traveling clothing from the tayler."

I nod and go change. I come back and pick up Lyra.

I sigh softly as i strap 2 swords with side handles on my back and a couple knives to my belt. "drako meet us in the courtyard please." He growls as he launches himself out of dragon port

I hold her quietly and she just watches everything.
