I nodded. "Yeah."

"As ever," I smiled at him.

"well let us be off then my queen." I said and quickly summoned the 5 riders and their dragons and climb up on drako as he grabs lyra and i help u up

I take his hand and climb up.

We both c the dragons fly past the opening as i strap both of us in and as soon as i finish i feel draco take off into the sky once again and head straight for the rondeyvous with the dark elves.

I watched the others quietly.

We flew long and hard as we take the lead flying in a v formation to take alot of the pressure off of the other dragons as they fly we land about an hour later and i sense that drako is restless

I get down and pet him.

He looks over at you and softly nudges your shoulder as he puts lyra down and i get down as well knowing that they are close by

I smiled at him then looked to the other leader. All the riders but one and Max left as I promised. The dragons chose a spot to sit where they were seen. Lyra sat on my shoulders.

I felt the tension in dracos muscles as i patted his shoulder and topd him threw our link, "easy my friend stay alert but do not show any of it." I say as i shift my hand to both my swords on my back to make sure they were still in place then walked forward eith you and draco behind us and he lays down wings folded against his sides but head high above us watching everything as im sure the other dragons were doing.

Lyra was uncharacteristically still and quiet. She watched the person closely and they regarded her for a moment but made no comment on her presence. We sat at a small table set aside for this meeting.

I sat down after pulling the chair out for you to sit and drako sat still as a stone the only part of his body that moved was his chest as he breathed and his eyes constantly wandering

"Alright we did what you asked now what do you want?" The king asked in an uncaringly rude tone. "Well, honestly to talk. I have never dealt with a war, or not like I am now, but I was thinking we could make a deal, and it's that kind of deal that we can't break ourselves as the monarchs, and will follow through all. The only way we can, is if one of our people act on their own, and if it is found to be true, we turn a blind eye. But if it is false, then we take act as needed, not wanted." I said.

I kept an eye on our suroundings with draco thru my mind as i concentrate on what was said.

"Hurry up child," he said. I looked at him a little surprised but only smiled softly at him. "Basically, I want to reach an agreement that we won't invade each other, can't, unless needed too. If we need help or anything, we must send a letter first, unless absolutely desperate, then we will come and see each other in our home. Now here are other ideas on this paper I wrote, as terms," I said while taking the sheet of paper out. I hand it to him and we wait as he reads it over twice. "May I talk to my advisors first before making a final decision?" he asked and glanced at me while rereading it again. "Of course, take all the time you need, just notify us when you're ready," I said and we stood. We said our goodbyes and we began walking away.

I seriously do not trust him." I said thru our minds "be careful of anything he might try and pull. Your father tryed somthing similar but in the end it turned into a blood bath thanks to them. Thats where he recieved his dying wounds. I said sadly again thru our link

I looked at him. Don't worry, I promise you I know what I'm doing so please, just trust me on this. I stopped right before we reached Draco and made him stop and look at me. I kissed him to reassure him it would be fine.

I kissed back and as we break the kiss i sigh softly and nod. "ok i will trust you my love." I say smiling softly

I smiled back. "Good, now let's go home," I said and we continued towards Draco.

I helped you up and sent the hand signal for all dragons and riders to mount and launch before climbing into dracos front saddle. And as i do i ask one rider the most experienced of the 6 of us to circle around once as we take off to make sure there is no trickery in the drow as we leave. He nods and does so as drako climbs high into the sky

Draco picked up Lyra who had jumped from my shoulders when I kissed Max. I smiled at the look of him holding her as Max helped me up.

I smiled as i rested my hand on dracos shoulder before finally climbing up myself and telling one rider to circle around incase of an ambush the drow might try.

I smiled as he got up on Draco with me.

"you ready my queen?" I asked as i feel dracos restlessness in his muscles as well as his mind knowing he wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible bc of the distrust of the drow and so many battles against them.

"Yes, I am," I said and gave Draco a light pat in the nearest exposed skin.
