My Time *1x1 open*

In this world, there is a lot of ordinary. Meaning ordinary people and ordinary jobs and ordinary life. Then there's those who are secretly extraordinary, like my family. Six kids and my mom and dad. Im a middle child and literally forgotten. Like every night. Mom swears it has nothing to do with my lack of powers, but how else can you explain her forgetting to make me a meal every single day? Oh and forgetting my birthday, and if it weren't for the others Christmas. They always do last minute stuff for me or it's too late. My super doctor has told me I may be a late bloomer. Or I might not ever obtain any powers. I was odd enough but I didn't want to be anymore exiled than I was.

Then my beautiful sisters all easily find a boyfriend at 13, here I am at 16 and nothing. I can't get anyone to notice me at all. No matter how I try it never works. We go to a super hero school like in that movie sky high, and im practically invisible. So im also the black sheep at school. The only place im noticed is the music center, where I sing to any track or make a mash up with my voice. Will I ever be accepted as someone at home and school?

Power: Let's just say,he's a hot one.
Bio: Owen was raised by two musician's growing up his whole life in a musical house has given him some talents, and appreciation of music. Owen is also a "Bad boy" , he runs with the wrong crowd. Which puts him on the outcast list as well, so when he meets Silva, a certain spark ignites within him.
Looks: Brown hair,brght hazel eyes, tan skin, 6'1.

I yawned and stretched. I smelled eggs and bacon. My mouth watered but I couldn't smile because it wasn't for me. I got dressed and went downstairs. Five made lunches, and five breakfast plates. All sitting on our table. None with my name. I grab my bag and stuff food inside, a drink, and an ice pack and grabbed an apple. I put on my shoes and grabbed my bags. Without so much as a glance from my family I left. No one saw me go, as per usual. I was beyond tears. I was empty. Except in music. As I walked to a stop for the bus I began to sing. A song I had written, about myself.

I stood up from my bed,my mother already yelling at my younger brothers to get ready I showered and dressed before eating some toast. Giving a kiss to my mother I walked outside to the bus stop, giving a yawn as I kept my headphones in my ears,I turned up the music.

I didn't notice anything around me as I kept my voice low. I decided to switch to another song that related to me but wasn't mine, a song called imaginary by Evanescence. "I linger in the doorway, of alarm clocks screaming monsters calling my name. Let me stay, where the wind will whisper to me. Where the raindrops, as their falling, tell a story......" I continued on from there.

I got on the bus and sat at the far back,looking out the window I paid no attention to the person who sat beside me.

I sat down next to a boy I don't really know. So many kids to remember just one. Bet none of them know me. That didn't stop my singing. "Woke up late today, feel the sting of the pain, but I brush my teeth anyway. Got dressed through the mess and put a smile on my face. I got a little bit stronger. Riding in my car to work, and I try to ignore the hurt, so I turn on the radio. Stupid song made me think of you, I listened to it for a minute, but then I changed it. I got a little bit stronger," again I kept on with the song. Thinking of only those that meant something to me.

I ripped out an ear bud,turning to the person I thought was talking to me my annoyed expressed vanished as I stared at the beauty with the voice,my words slipped back down my throat as I turned away and started to listen to her.

Somehow I could map out the next song while I was singing. So I already knew I would move to You Found Me by Kelly Clarkson or some country blonde. I was so lost I suppose I didn't really notice the moments ironic song.

(I was going to put the song, but I have my cell so I can't just copy and paste as easily unless it's already typed. Sigh, I hate my laptop)

I looked over at her again,she was too focused on singing to notice me but that was okay. I was at ease just listening to her and it was way better then whatever song was playing on my Ipod.

I started another song, a song by paramore, but then I realized he was watching me. I looked at him startled that anyone noticed me. "Ca-can I help you?" I asked. God my social skills suck.

I sat up straighter, a light blush crept it's way onto my face as I shook my head and rubbed the back of my neck,"U-uh no."

"Oh, im sorry if I disturbed you. Normally I can make as much noise as possible and no one acknowledges my presence," I said honestly. I hadn't intended to make him nervous too.

I waved a dismissive hand,"You didn't disturb me, actually that was... wonderful,"I said softly,looking at her,"I'm Owen by the way."

I blushed and smiled. "Thank you, im Alicia. You don't mind if I ask about your powers? I mean, im fascinated with them," I said. I didn't like sharing that I didn't have any powers. I've been bullied because of it when I am noticed, but I can easily avoid it.

I smiled and took out a piece of paper from my pocket,setting it on fire.

"Oh wow, I've never met a Pyro before. All I see everyday is flying, invisibility, telekinesis, plant stuff, water, wind, and super strength," I said excitedly.

I chuckled,a bit dryly,"We're..rare, I guess you would say?"i stood up as the bus came to a stop.

I nodded as I stood as well. "Trust me, I completely understand that," I said vaguely. It wasn't unheard of for a duo superpower couple to have a powerless child. I began to leave.

I followed her,"You do?"I asked her,"how so?"I was curious now, was she another rare power,

"Um, well both of my parents have powers, and everyone else I am related to does as well, but.......not me. And I think it's why even my family ignores my presence," I said. I feel I would be more popular if I could have a power but I don't.

I nodded slowly,"maybe your just late, don't give hope up yet,"I said and smiled at her kindly.

"Im already 16, I doubt im getting powers," I said honestly as I walked to my locker.
