The Years of Love *closed*

He and I were in love. Nothing could change it, or so we thought. We dated for two years before the incident. That night it happened I was supposed to meet him at a restuarant for dinner. He had big plans for our future that night. Two years it had been since I asked him out, and 4 since we met. He was planning to propose to me. But he waited at the restaurant for awhile, after some time he expected the call that I would relay to indicate why I was late.

An hour passed and yet I had not called. He calls me, but surprisingly I don't answer. This is when my captors had taken me, and I'm sure I heard the phone ring multiple times with his desperate attempts to locate me. I could not answer to call for help. The first time I didn't pick up he has a sneaking suspicion of what had happened. I never just didn't answer. That's also taking into account that I'm showering or held up at work.

It's been two years since then, and he and I had not seen each other. When he heard that I had been found, he was delighted. Overjoyed, in fact. He thought I would appear weak, bloody, beaten. Anything, even with some mental truama. But what he got was so much worse than he or even I could ever fathom. For what these people had done for those two years to me, even my family could not predict the reaction I had the moment he walked in the room. No one could've thought I was capable of it, especially not to him.

I giggled at her as she peered around me at him.

Feeling childish, I stuck my tongue out at her as I seen her look over at me. She giggled as she did the same.

I smiled at them both.

"Lily, tell Kieva about your birthday party." I said. At the mention of her birthday she piped up amd went into how she was going to have a princess party with ponies and a big bouncy castle and a lot of animals, and a bunch of candy, and everything princesses are supposed to have.

"Sounds elaborate, and very well planned baby," I said.

I laughed. "those were all of her demands for her birthday. If we miss anything on the list then shes feeding us to the sharks. Her words not mine."

"I like your ideas, but honey, where are the sharks coming from?"

She looked up at her with a smile as she shrugged her shoulders. "I'll find some." she answered. The squirmed off the bed. "I have to go potty!"

"Ok," I lead her into the bathroom and make sure she has everything she needs then go back to the bed. I also made she sure knew what cord not to pull.

"that girl is a handful." I said when she came back out.

"She's fine," I said.

"would you like company tonight?" I asked her.

"Well, it would be nice but if you have things you need to do at home then go. Or if you have any preparations you want to start making for when I come home." I said.

Before I could answer Lily came out of the bathroom. "hey Lily bug would you like to spend the night with Kieva?" I asked her. She looked up at Kieva and smiled big before jumping up and down. "Yay!" she said excitedly. "well there's your answer. I'm staying. I can get everything done tomorrow."

"Alright," I smiled as Lily runs over to me and I get her on the bed.

Her nurse came in to check on her and I asked for extra blankets and pillow before she left.

I smiled as I played with Lily.

I sat back as I watched them play around together.

I played until she began yawning I then prepared her for bed and laid down with her.

The nurse brought the blanket and pillow for me and I took my shirt off to get more comfortable. "Night Lily bug." I saidto her as I kissed her cheek. She smiled at me and kissed my cheek as well before she said good night. She then did the same to Kieva.

I smiled and kissed her cheek. I blew a kiss at him.

I smiled and gave Lily her bear before I laid on the couch.

I smiled at them before falling asleep.

{time skip - a few weeks.}

Things have been going great for the past few weeks. After the interview she had they somehow convinced the hospital to finally let her go. They were releasing her in a few days but I told her that they were releasing her next week. I thought it would be a great surprise for her. I was going to take her on another date just the two of us, and in the end take her to the house for the surprise party. I just hope she likes it. Right now it was just the three of us, her, lily and I were ate one of the state fairs having fun.

I was putting Lily on a ride because she wanted to be on one by herself.
