The Years of Love *closed*

He and I were in love. Nothing could change it, or so we thought. We dated for two years before the incident. That night it happened I was supposed to meet him at a restuarant for dinner. He had big plans for our future that night. Two years it had been since I asked him out, and 4 since we met. He was planning to propose to me. But he waited at the restaurant for awhile, after some time he expected the call that I would relay to indicate why I was late.

An hour passed and yet I had not called. He calls me, but surprisingly I don't answer. This is when my captors had taken me, and I'm sure I heard the phone ring multiple times with his desperate attempts to locate me. I could not answer to call for help. The first time I didn't pick up he has a sneaking suspicion of what had happened. I never just didn't answer. That's also taking into account that I'm showering or held up at work.

It's been two years since then, and he and I had not seen each other. When he heard that I had been found, he was delighted. Overjoyed, in fact. He thought I would appear weak, bloody, beaten. Anything, even with some mental truama. But what he got was so much worse than he or even I could ever fathom. For what these people had done for those two years to me, even my family could not predict the reaction I had the moment he walked in the room. No one could've thought I was capable of it, especially not to him.

I made sure I didn't move while she slept.

I didn't move too much, other than breathing. I felt better with him being here. Though I wasn't sure if it was him or just the fact that someone was with me.

When she was fast asleep, I decided to turn the tv off and get some sleep myself.

My dream didn't become that horrible memory or any from my captive. I think it was a memory of us.

I actually slept peacefully this time. Others I would toss and turn with thoughts of loosing her.

I woke up that morning wrapped in his arms. I wasn't really sure what to feel about it, even though I'd woken a million times this way. Or woken wishing to be this way.

When I woke up I saw that she was wrapped in my arms. There were many times we woke up this way. But I wasn't sure she remembered. I looked down and seen she was awake. "hey, how did you sleep?" I asked fully waking up.

"A lot better than before, I had a dream about us. What about you?" I said.

I shrugged. "I don't think I dreamt at all but I did sleep well." I answered.

"Good," I said.

"well I think I should head to the house and wash up so we can get your day started." I said stretching a it before getting out of the bed.

"Okay," I said.

I kissed the top of her head before heading out.

I watched tv.

I went to the house and took a quick shower before changing my clothes. I then grabbed Keiva some clothes to put on. We had moved most of her stuff in the house already.

I lay quietly.

Once I had everything, I made my way back to the hospital. I checked the time and seen she had an hour until lunchtime, which should give her enough time to get ready.

When he got here I walked out of my room for a routine walk. As I was passing the doors to this level he came through them.

I smiled when i seen she was up and walking. "I got your clothes." I said holding up the bag brought.

I looked at him and smiled. "I'll put them on when we go back. Walk with me?"

"sure." I said and began walking with her. "so how far do they let you walk?" I asked.

"All around this level," I said.

"how far have you gone?"

"Half," I said. "I can go around as many times and whenever I want," I said. "I needed the practice so I can go to the mall."

"okay, well we can walk until your ready to go. I called your brother and he said he can meet us there on his lunch break, and my cousin will bring Lily before the birthday party starts." I said as we kept walking.
