“People are staring and honking!” I cringed, going from first gear to fourth and flying up the hill as I took my foot off the clutch. “Oh my god I’m not giving way to anyone else ever again! I need an auto!”

I laughed. “Don’t worry I will teach you again!” Laughing it was just like the first time and I was having a blast she looked so freaked and I couldn’t help but laugh more.

“You can’t laugh at me.” I laughed pulling up to the shop and finally came to a stop. “Sorry if you have to change your break pads out.” I grinned, handing over the keys again.

I smiled. “Just like all times with you and when I taught you before.” I smiled when I saw my sister in laws car. “Well it looks like you will be able to meet my brothers clan!” I nodded to the car as I got out . I opened her door and smiled then I heard my brother. “Holy shit!” I turned and nodded. “Look who I numbed into or should I say numbed into me!”

“Yeah I kind of knocked into him hard. Good thing he finally grew some muscles or I’d have knocked him flying.” I winked joking I was the strong one.

My brother laughed and walked up to her faster as he pulled her in for a hug. “Where have you been kiddo? I am so glad your back now I can get this punk to stop mopping around.” He pointed to me.

“Mopping around huh?” I glanced over. “I’ve been around, keeping quiet tho.” I noticed the phone ringing and paperwork everywhere “Got any jobs going, you men are hopeless with paperwork.l

I smirked. “You looking for a job lily?” Is let her work her and know everything because I trust her my brother looked at me he knew and I didn’t care. He shook his head. “Yeah we could use the help seeing as my woman is pregnant!” He smiled at me and I was in shock.

“Oh my god! That’s awesome!” I laughed clearly surprised. “Well I was joking. But let me know if you’re serious.” I grinned

I smiled “totally if your wanting a job you always got one here.” I looked at my brother making sure he was on the same page he nodded. “Just no driving the standards!” He smiled at her. I laughed because of what we went through getting here I would have to agree with him. “Okay come on let me show you around.”

“Please do. I want to see where you work and what you do.” My phone was ringing again, and I glanced at the screen. Now it was dad calling. “Then I should probably go back home, parents are worried I think.”

I nodded “you should at least call them and let them know your okay, maybe don’t mention your with me though.” I smirked knowing they don’t like me it would be good.  I took her hand and showed her the shop leaving my office for last.  It was my safe haven.

I smiled, “I never really went through that stage lily.” It was sad really! “I spend lots of hours here if I’m not in the shop. So if you can’t find me look here because I’llost likely be here!”

“Well I’ll remember that” I didn’t realise that I had stood in the corner so I was able to see in front of me, something I always done now. I just didn’t like to be open for anyone to come up behind me if in small spaces. “I should probably get home, you might have to drop me just down the road.”

I nodded. “When can I see you again?” I asked to eagerly. I didn’t want her to go but I had to let her. I walked up closer to her.

“Well I can text you and we can organise something, unless you wanted to go grab lunch first? Do you live with your brother or on your own?” I asked looking up at him towering above me

I smiled. “I live on my own. Lunch sounds good but you need to call your parents first I’ll give you some time alone just come out when your done.” I wanted to kiss her but I didn’t. I walked out and waited.

I called mum back, she was in a panic and I told her I had taken a long walk and was getting lunch. She said I need to be careful, my chances of being attached again were high. It put fear in me. I came out and looked around spotting him “want to grab burgers and go sit in the car by the beach?”

I smiled. “Whatever you want.” She seemed more worried now after callingbher parents I worried that her parents were part of her problem with her not healing. I need to get her back to my girl.

I had locked my door as soon as I got in the car and pulled the belt on. “I miss summers at the beach, camping and just roughing it like we used to.” Always sharing a tent and him letting me wear his jumpers to bed. “My life is so different now. I never go anywhere.”
