He's being forced to marry. With no way out of it, he goes to his best friends wedding and hooks up with the maid of honour.

Never expecting to bump into each other again, until they did... at her parents house, celebrating his engagement with a lavish party.

It should have ended. It didn't.

He makes it clear it's just sex.. nothing more and she thinks she's ok with that until she falls pregnant.. his gay brother says it's his and they've been dating in secret.

I looked over at Mia. "No I haven't seen her. Why?" I knew what was coming or I thought I did but I wasn't sure and I needed Mia to calm down she was to upset.

"There's been reports your mother has been spotted with a small child, she was out purchasing formula and diapers and hour ago." He said and pulled up the images showing him.

I starred at them and then looked at Mia. "Arrest her now!" I said pissed. "I swear Mia if she did something this crazy she will never see the outaide of a prison cell." I was so disgusted at the thoughts running through my head.

I couldn't say anything, I was in shock. "She wouldn't do that to us.. he would be months old by now.. he wouldn't know me.. he wouldn't know me as his mother." I whispered. "No I don't believe it."

The officer looked at him "we have a team making their way to her house now."

I was hurt beyound anything that she could possibly do this and then to send sowmncrazy woman to try and leer me away from Mia. I pulled Mia to me. "Baby it's okay we will figure this out."

"What if he's not our son? What if it's all some big lie. It is to be." There was no way this could be true. "Tell them to pull the body and do to test.." I whispered feelungbnumb. "I'm.. I need to lay down."

I looked at the officer and nodded then picked Mia up and took her to our bedroom. "Baby I'm so sorry." I didn't know what to say or do so I just climbed in behind her and held her tight.

"If she's done this I swear to god I'll hurt her." I grabbed his chest crying. "Who does that to an innocent baby? Our baby."

I shook my head and pulled her closer. "I don't want to believe it but she told me youblost him before so I wouldn't put it past her at all." I was so mad. "I hate this I'm sorry."

"You have nothing to be sorry for. This is her hurting us. Not you." I closed my eyes as tears ran down my cheeks. "I can't take anymore heartache. I can't handle it.. my body cannot handle it."

I held her. "I can't believe how evil she has become she use to be so loving. I don't get it and I don't want you to hurt anymore it's killing me as welll but to see you hurting is worse than my own hurt." I kissed her head and cried with her.

I was anxious when the police came to the door three days later. We hadn't heard from them and i was walking nerves all day. Worrying like crazy over his woman and his mother. "We have some news." He told us. "The child your mother was with-" and the door opened to a social worker holding a 4 month old child in a blanket "your mother is in custody. Your son was never dead. She paid someone to make it look like your son was dead, but he just went into a coma and was brought out of it after the funeral. We exhumed the body, it wasn't your sons." I gripped his fingers tighter as I stared at this child "are you sure..?" I asked standing as the worker brought the child over, one look and I knew, he looked just like his daddy. "That's my son."

I watched as she took him and I looked at the police. "Thank you oh god thank you! Please don't let her out I know she is my mum but I can't have her hurting my family." I looked over our boy. "We should take him to the doctors make aure he is okay."

"He's had a full medical and his tests came back clear. As far as we can tell your mother has cared for him well." The social worker said. I just held him close to my chest crying "archer.. oh we've loved you and missed you so much." I couldn't believe we had our baby back. The police officer smiled "ill call you once we have more information on your mother and for you to come down and make a statement." He waved them goodbye.

I pulled them both into my arms. "Is this really real? Oh my god baby is it real please tell me I'm not dreaming." I looked at him and smiled and kissed her and them him. "We have so much to celebrate with fiends archer alive and well and another on the way!"

I laughed nervously "were going to be busy but I don't care. We have each other, and our baby back." I pulled away, kissing his little head. "You want to hold him? We need to get clothes for him, and formula.." there was so much to get.

I smiled. "I'll hold him you make the list and we can all go together!" I was so happy that we had him but so scared that we could lose him again. "Hey archer buddy!"

"We're parents.. holy shit." I said as I began to google and write things down. "We need like a lot of stuff.. will he fit in our capsule? I should go get it and see." I hadn't been in his room since I closed the door and it scared me at how real this would become.

Before she could take off I pulled her to us. "Mia baby calm down we will figure everything out together okay. Let's show archer his room and see how he likes it."

"How are we meant to know if he likes it? His first few weeks are the most important.. we should have bonded and I should have been able to feed him.. instead your mother took that from us. What if he hates us?" I whispered afraid of screwing this up. "I think I'm just in shock."

I smiled. "I think we are safe from him hating us till his teen years. Let's just take him up and see how he reacts to it that's how we will be able to tell." I kissed her and smiled at him. "Let's go see your room."

I held my hand on the door, afraid to open it. But forced myself to do so. The nursery as perfect as I remembered. "I guess we could use these for the next baby." I pointed at he newborn suits we had on a rack. "Archer, this is your new bedroom."

I smiled as he looked at the painted wall. "I think he likes it. His little hands moving as he looked at Mia. "I think he wants his mama too."

"Does he need changing." I held him in the air sniffing. "Oh no he's good" I grinned laying him down in his crib and smiled "so Archer, I think you need new clothes and diapers."

I smiled looking at him and her. I wrapped my arm around her. "I think your mum is right." I kissed her head and saw a little smile for archer and I knew she saw it.
