The model's bodyguard

Milani Hastings, an 18 years old model that lives with her mom in NY will have to do her best to keep her life together.
Her mother, Veronica Hastings, a well known fashion designer has a lot of enemies, some of them being ruthless. The news about her cancer somehow got out to the press and now some people are after her money. She does her best to seem strong for her daughter and hide the truth behind many late calls she receives and other threats, keeping her daughter in the dark till one day Milani was followed by two strangers. She was out on a sunny day after her photoshoot when she noticed two men following her around and their pace seemed to fasten. she was smart enough to mingle in the crown and lose them. once she got home Milani reluctantly told everything to her mom who panicked but reassured her everything will be okay.
threatening her was one thing but involving her daughter was out of the line. it was a little after 3 am when Veronica called Francisco Medina...the best of the best bodyguard. she offered him 5 million dollars to work for her and he took the job without knowing who he would have to protect. but he wasn't dumb, he knew that no one would offer such a sum if it wasn't important. Francisco meet Mila and of course she hates him and don't want him near her but for her mother's sake she tries and bare him. He get his friend/ partner to work with him to make sure she doesn't get hurt.

Bio: Fransico has been a body guard for many years and he enjoys his job, except when he gets stuck with the rich and spooked who believes they can go out and act reckless because they have a body guard. He never says anything only because he needs the money. But when he gets a call worth 5 million dollars he knew this was his big break. He didn't do much questioning because he knew it had to have been serious. When he realized whothe caller was, he knew things were getting out of control. He brought his friend along to help him. They would switch between the mother and the daughter, since the mom had cancer and was in more danger than anyone. He was the only one that could see through her tough girl act. However she wasn't the only one putting up a front.

Bio: Jeremiah is a rookie when it comes to being someone's body guard, but theree is something within him that his company sees. He's only been working with them for two years now and he's ready to show them what he's about. When he was asked to tag along with Francisco he believed this to be his big break. Everyone knew that Sisco, as Jeremiah likes to call him, was a very popular body guard and knew he was in good hands. He's very sweet and caring, yet he knows when to turn the charm off and be the hard core person he needs to be.
Looks: tall, muscular, tanned skin, and brown shaggy hair.

Sorry girls! I've been going from town to town visiting and stuff, tomorrow i'll do my best to post since thursday i might head to Ghana( another country in Africa ) and spend about 5 days there, i'm not sure i'll have internet access. So sorry!!

Milani woke up early today, she was going to meet with Molly at Starbucks and then they would decide how to spend their day. She took a quick shower and went to her walk in closet looking around not knowing what to wear. she decided to put on a light yellow sun dress with medium length brown boots with a matching bag. she let her hair flow in its natural waves. she opened the door of her room not expecting to see her mom home, but she was there, talking with a...stranger. a hot stranger, "Good morning" Milani said politely, she kissed her mom's cheek "I'm going out with Molly" she said walking to the door trying not to steal another glance at the stranger.

"Wait Mila, i need to introduce you to Mr Francisco " her mother said stopping her from taking another step.
Mila turned around "Hey Mr Francisco, bye mom, bye mr Francisco" Mila than walked out and shut the door before her mom could stop her again.

Veronica sighed and looked at Francisco "I would go after her if i was you, she's fast at hailing cabs"

Francisco arrived at the house on time as expected. He and Veronica spoke with one another about what he was required to do and all of her concerns. He had done a background check on both the mother and daughter just so he could get a better insight on what he was dealing with. Veronica was then giving him the tour of the house just as her daughter rushed from her room. Though he's seen plenty of pictures of her, neither of them prepared her for what he was seeing right in front of him. She was foregone, but he knew he couldn't get in too deep with her, this was just a job. He hadn't realized how much he was staring until Veronicas words registered in his ears. "right, she's in good hands Ms. Hastings, you have nothing to worry about." he said before he went after the beautiful Milani Hastings. He got outside just in time to see that she was on the phone calling for a cab. He went to her and hung up her phone without permission. "no need for a cab, your ride awaits you." he said with a smirk pointing to his black BMW.

Milani looked at him and than to his car. She smirked and shook her head "i'm sorry i don't know what kind of job you do for my mom but... I prefer take a cab than ride with a complete stranger. Thank you for the offer though" she smiled and spotted her cab, before he could say anything she left him standing there and jumped in the cab instructing the driver where to go.

He chuckled as he watched her leave. He climbed into his car and followed behind the cab. He wasn't going to give up that easy. "well Fransico you sure know how to pick them." he said to hisself.

Milani reached starbucks, paid for the ride and went inside to find Molly, but looked like she wasn't there yet so she chose a table and sat down waiting.

I bit my lip as I drove to Starbucks. I wondered if Mila would already be there, waiting for me. It had been a very tiring day at school and also at home. There was nothing more disturbing than getting home from school and finding my boring uncle Victor reading his stupid newspaper. He would not even say hi to me . Did not he know how to make small talk with his own family? I didn´t think so . Maybe he ignored me , because he wanted to . Such an ass , he was.

Fransico found a parking space in the parking lot, and walked inside. He went to the counter and paid for a drink. Once he got it he sat far away that he could keep an eye out for her. He knew things were going to get crazy soon, with everything going on with her mother.

Milani took out her phone and didn't find any texts or calls from Molly. She texted her saying she was there already and went to order their usual breakfast.

I was parking my car when I felt my cellphone buzz inside my skirt's pocket. I ignored it until I had already climbed off the car . It made me smile knowing Mila was already there. She was such a good and punctual friend . Once again, I was late by five minutes, so typical of me.
