I came down and heard her. “It’s a game for her.” I kissed them both. “Go sleep I’ll get her. Or go take a nice warm bath.” I wanted her to relax and her eyes were so puffy from crying she deserved to relax.

“A bath would be amazing, I’ll go have a soak and probably lay down for a bit” I was grateful he wasn’t rushing into work this morning. I walked off, looking forward to relaxing alone for awhile

Penny her her arms up “me me bath! Bath!” She wailed

I sighed sitting down and watching them walk off. I finally got up and walked inside the bathroom with them. “I think she is mad at me too.” I hated it my girls shouldn’t be mad at me.

“She’s just with me all the time, it’s a habit to want to bath with me.” I had her laid against my stomach brushing my fingers over her forehead. “You could join us.”

I looked at her then at our princess. Penny looked t me and gave me a evil look. “I’m I don’t think penny wants me to.” I leaned over and went to kiss sage but a felt a little wet hand slap my cheek.

I nodded. “I’m sorry princess but your mama was mine first! But I’m willing to share with you, your sister and brother.” I looked at sage. “I love you. I’ll go clean the kitchen and then come get her from you if she lets me.”

“Goodluck, she looks like she needs a nap as well. I might lay down with her after the bath.” She was still cuddling me when he left and I kissed her forehead “we have to be nice to daddy, we can’t hit him, that wasn’t very nice. As I stood there and heard he say that I felt even more like shit. I went down cleaned up and came back. “I’ll take her while you get out then we can all nap.”

“Well I’m not leaving her. This is my point, your daughter is going to want to come see where her daddy works one day and you’re going to have to tell her the truth, and if you can’t then that says a lot.
